And here I have to guess at how many people have computers (in the UK)
compared to how many people have record players... (I have both :-). I'd
bet there's now more people with a computer. Everyone on this e-mail list,
by definition, has an Internet-capable computer.
And (in the UK at least) you can get a web&sound capable computer for
around 50 quid (the price has dropped dramatically over the past couple of
years). Some big companies are *giving* away entire computer rooms, because
the machines are just out of date.

MP4, actually. Perhaps they will encourage more people to get a cheap
computer, and that would seem to be a good thing. Sorry, but I think it's
just as elitist saying "You can't use a computer, it's not cool" as saying
"You can't use a computer, you're poor and from the ghetto".
Just IMHO, of course.
